ST. LOUIS — Lumeris, a pioneer in population health management solutions headquartered in St. Louis, welcomes three new hires to its team as the company experiences considerable growth. The team members bring expertise that will continue to advance Lumeris as a leader in the emerging market for population health management.
Dr. Paul Kaplan, of Jacksonville, Florida, joins Lumeris’ team as medical director. He will support Lumeris’ sales and marketing team, as well as provide consultation on clinical programs and participate in product development. Kaplan brings nearly 30 years of healthcare experience in providing clinical and administrative oversight. His depth of expertise includes creating accountable care organizations, risk share arrangements, healthcare informatics, and hospital and physician quality improvement.
Dr. Michael Neill, of New Orleans, Louisiana, has been hired as medical director for Lumeris. With his clinical and population health management experience, Neill will help Lumeris take healthcare organizations through the journey to becoming population health services organizations (PHSOs) and transforming the healthcare industry. Neill is an established healthcare executive with nearly 30 years of clinical and administrative experience in large and integrated healthcare delivery systems, as well as small and rural hospital and clinic settings.
Brian LeDuc, of St. Louis, has been appointed to the role of senior vice president of Technology & Development. LeDuc brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Lumeris in large-scale organization and technology management. In this position, LeDuc will efficiently and effectively leverage all of the company’s technology resources to help achieve its continued mission of improving healthcare.
