Jordan Reigel serves as the President of Essence Healthcare where he is responsible for building and managing care delivery networks to meet the needs of Essence Healthcare members across existing and emerging markets. In this role Jordan is responsible for designing and implementing value-based payment strategies in collaboration with healthcare providers through strategic partnerships to drive improved health outcomes.

Prior to joining Essence, Jordan served in leadership positions at UnitedHealthcare where he was responsible for advancing value-based care strategies, and he most recently served as the general manager of a value-based specialty care startup. Throughout his career, Jordan has been focused on finding creative solutions to bring providers and health plans together to achieve the triple aim of improving the patient experience, improving health outcomes, and increased value to patients.
