Tyler Carlson serves as the SVP of Growth for Essence Healthcare, where he is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to accelerate customer acquisition, drive revenue growth, and enhance the company’s brand presence. 

Tyler brings over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a deep understanding of the nuances of Medicare Advantage plans. He has consistently displayed exceptional leadership skills, especially during his tenure at Medica, where he successfully led teams to surpass sales goals while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. With previous leadership experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), data, and sales technology, Tyler combines expert knowledge with a data-driven approach to decision-making. His strong analytical skills and market acumen enable him to identify growth opportunities and develop comprehensive strategies that yield results. 

Tyler completed his education at Concordia College (Moorhead). Currently, he resides in Minnesota with his wife and two children.
