1. You Agree to These Terms by Using this Site

You are prohibited from using the Site to advertise or perform any commercial solicitation.
Lumeris reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including, but not limited to the right to review, edit, and delete your postings from this Site and immediate termination of your ability to access the Site and/or any other service provided to you by Lumeris, upon any breach by you of these Terms of Use.
